Reddit Users Report that Some GameStops Have In-Store Preorders for Majora’s Mask New 3DS XL

A few hours ago, some Midwestern Reddit users began sharing that the Majora’s Mask New 3DS XL had become available for preorders in their local stores. These users confirmed that they were able to preorder the handheld from local GameStops and encouraged others to visit their own local stores. Some have reported that GameStop locations may need a web in-store code in order for this New 3DS XL to appear available in their system, so it is advisable to ask GameStop representatives if they have received such a code.

So far, a few Reddit users from other regions in the US have confirmed their own in-store preorders. I have contacted my local GameStop in California and the representative stated there is a possibility that a low number of preorders were in fact made available early in the morning. Unfortunately, their system listed the Majora’s Mask New 3DS XL as unavailable by the time I called. I recommend that you call your local GameStop to see if they have any more available for preorder.
