Two of the Nintendo 64’s most beloved games have come together thanks to a mod by Kaze Emanuar. The finished product is Super Mario 64’s Shifting Sand Land level recreated within Ocarina of Time and aptly named the “Shifting Sand Dungeon.” It is as faithfully recreated as possible with Ocarina of Time’s assets and looks like fun to play through.
You can download this mod here to play it yourself. Emanuar is an active modder with quite a few Zelda projects under his belt, including one called “Legend of Peach” that recreates all of Ocarina of Time within Super Mario 64. If you like his work, he also puts demos on Patreon and livestreams on Twitch.
For those who never want Ocarina of Time to end, mods bring endless variety, and this one is no exception. What do you think of this mod? Are you going to try it out? Let us know in the comments!
