New Update to CEMU Emulator Makes Breath of the Wild Run in 4K Without Framerate Loss

It’s been almost two years since Breath of the Wild’s release, and wandering around that version of Hyrule can still take our breath away. Players using an emulator to play the game on PC have even found ways to experience that world in 4K, albeit with some performance issues. However, thanks to some updates, the latest version of the CEMU emulator (1.15.2) can now run freely at 4K. This even means that it can sustain framerates of 60 to 100fps.
A new video by way of BSoD Gaming showcases this stunning footage by Link battling a Guardian, Hinox, Molduga, and several other enemies along the way. Throughout the video, the quality of the framerates are shown in the corner just to reiterate how smooth the game runs at 4K. PC games can now conquer Hyrule’s wild landscape, without having to worry about framerate loss.
