Japanese Hyrule Edition Launches With Classic Link Costume Included

Although, we have had the Hyrule Edition 3DS XL for a little while now, in unusual fashion it has yet to be released in Japan. Starting next month the gold special edition 3DS LL — as it is called in Japan, will be hitting store shelves. Nintendo has now announced that along with the shiny new machine, purchasers will also be receiving a download code for a classic Link costume that can be used with a fairy in Hyrule Warriors Legends. The download code is currently only being offered with the purchase of the Hyrule Edition 3DS LL but does not include the game itself. There is currently no information on whether or not this will be made available outside of Japan, but is definitely a possibility that we will see it as DLC once the titles in the West.
