It’s Time for Satellites & Swords in this Retrospective of Ancient Stone Tablets

When looking back at The Legend of Zelda, it’s hard to believe that there could ever be such a thing as a lost game in the franchise. Sure, there are the ones that never made it outside of Japan; but what about the titles that Nintendo never even bothered bringing back? Among Big N’s list of forgotten games, the BS The Legend of Zelda titles were two that have long been overlooked and have since been (mostly) resurrected by the fandom.
The retrospective video we’re looking at today is brought to us by AwesomeFaceProd and dives into a Zelda game that was almost lost to time, Ancient Stone Tablets. In the video, he brings up the creation process for this game, the technology required to play it, and the cost to even experience it. The video also looks into what Zelda fans in recent years had to go through in order to make Ancient Stone Tablets available to the masses in the best condition possible.
What do you think of this video? Have you ever played Ancient Stone Tablets? If not, would you be willing to check it out? Let us know in the comments below!
