Here’s a Zelda Collector’s Puzzle Time-Lapse Video

Last year, Nintendo and USAopoly released The Legend of Zelda Collector’s Puzzle, an epic 550-piece puzzle that depicts a map of Hyrule. Completing the puzzle may be too much of an undertaking for some fans, but not for YouTube user James. He and his partner sat down to complete the puzzle, completing it in about 6 hours, and lovingly uploaded a time-lapse video of the entire process. If you’d like to get an idea of what the finalized puzzle looks like, this video will surely help you out.
The completed The Legend of Zelda Collector’s Puzzle is 18″ X 24″, comprised of 550 pieces. The puzzle features a massive map of Hyrule; the map does not depict a particular version of Hyrule, but rather shows an amalgamation of locations from Ocarina of Time, Twilight Princess, and (the canonically-inappropriate) Majora’s Mask. James and his partner completed the puzzle in 6 hours and 19 minutes. The three-minute time-lapse shows James’ full process, with a bit of editing and camera work thrown in too. I actually received this puzzle for my birthday last month, so this video has inspired me to complete it myself.
The puzzle is available on Amazon for $9.99 USD, and can be found in-store at other major retailers as well.
What did you think of the time-lapse? Will you pick up this puzzle to try the feat yourself? Let us know!
