The fourth of five exclusive videos as part of the Game Informer exclusive feature is now available. Actually, this time we have two videos, which shows the Fire Temple and its boss, Scaldera.

The first video is about the Fire Temple. As you may of noticed in the second exclusive video, Link had to find the key shards outside the Fire Temple using the dowsing feature. In this video, Link has found all of the key shards and has used the key to open the door to the Fire Temple. After Link enters, the video goes into a little cutscene, which shows Link shielding his eyes from a small gust of wind. Then Link looks down the staircase and questioning through his facial expression what is down below. At this part of the video, we can hear a little entering the Temple theme which I believe hasn’t been used in past Zelda games. Jump inside for more info and the second video.

Next we have Link jumping on the big stone ball, like the one seen in the E3 2010 and 2011 trailers. No doubt you need to move the Wii Remote in the desired direction in order to move, similar to the ball rolling in Super Mario Galaxy. Interestingly enough, you don’t have to keep rolling like in Super Mario Galaxy, you can simply run to the top of the ball, stop and then attack any enemies that may distract you, as shown when Link defeats a fire Keese. Another thing you can do with the big ball is squash Toadpoli as you roll towards it.

Next, Link has to maneuver around streams of lava coming out of the stone dragon’s mouth. Faliure to do so may send Link into the lava. See how Link has to move very close to the wall at the second lava fall? Plus there are Toadpoli that may cause problems and you can’t go and squash it because you’ll hit the lava and fall. So far this Temple has proven to be quite awkward. Also we get to hear the music for the Fire Temple, it really gives us volcanic feel to the place.

This next video focuses on the Fire Temple’s boss, Scaldera. Sadly, there are not many goodies in this video like the last, but we do get to hear for the first time the roar/noise Scaldera makes and the boss battle music. Interesting isn’t it? Another goodie we get out of this clip is what to do when the battle starts. Scaldera will fire fireballs in different directions and Link will need to run up the slope while dodging the fireballs. Then eventually Scaldera will chase after Link. We know from previous Game Informer updates that to defeat Scaldera you must throw bombs into its mouth, which will slowly chip away at its exoskeleton. This will reveal an eye beneath, which must be attacked with the sword to defeat him.

Game Informer is over halfway through revealing their exclusive content, and there is one more exclusive video left. So what do you think the last video will have in store for us? More about Eldin Volcano? A bit more about the plot of the story? Leave your comments below.
