Daily Debate: Would You Read a Novelization of Your Favorite Zelda Game?

Next to playing video games, one of my favorite hobbies is reading. I’ve personally written a few Daily Debates regarding the Zelda manga and which game should be adapted next, but I thought of another book related idea. The Legend of Zelda has a lot of lore, world building, and adventure elements that would make for a great story to be read. So, would you read a novelization of your favorite Zelda game?

As I mentioned earlier, reading is one of my favorite things to do; so reading a novelization is an automatic ‘yes’ from me. Of all the games, I would love to see a novelization of Breath of Wild and a follow up novel for Tears of the Kingdom. I realize that both games are played how ever you wish to play in a variety of orders, but reading something linear would be really cool. I could see Breath of the Wild being purely from Link’s point of view and then Tears of the Kingdom swapping between Link in the present and Zelda in the past every few chapters. Having a novelization of these two games seems like it would be more likely than having a manga adaptation since the games are so long and expansive. They seem to be the perfect choice to be turned into a novel.
