Daily Debate: Should The Legend of Zelda Movie Be Animated Instead of Live Action?

With the announcement of The Legend of Zelda movie in production, so many thoughts have been swirling in my head. I always had ideas for what a Zelda movie could be about or what it could look like, especially after the success of the Mario movie (loved it by the way). To be honest, I was shocked that Miyamoto announced that the movie would be live action!
For me, I always pictured a movie in the Zelda universe as animated, perhaps even in a Studio Ghibli style or something similarly whimsical. So, to be honest, I was a little skeptical at first about the film being live action. I can only pray that the acting is on point and that the actors step into their roles well. But with the movie being in Miyamoto’s hands, I trust that Nintendo and everyone else involved will give Link and Zelda the story they deserve on the big screen.
