When the heat of summer grows too intense, it’s natural to want to cool down and, for Zelda fans, maybe also enjoy some of their beloved series. This recipe from YouTuber Jammy Cooks does both! With just a few ingredients and a few simple steps, Jammy provides a do-it-yourself cooking tutorial for Breath of the Wild‘s Creamy Heart Soup… with a twist.

Jammy’s version of the Hyrulian dish — a traditional hot soup made from Hydromelon, Voltfruit, radish, and milk in the game —  is actually a refreshing, cold treat that retains the original’s looks. Here’s the recipe:

  • 1/2 of a small watermelon
  • Lime salt or lime juice and salt
  • Sugar to enhance taste
  • Vanilla ice cream

With those ingredients, some basic kitchen tools and appliances, and a little over two hours’ time, this Zelda dish is ready to go. I tried making this meal a few years back, though with a different recipe and visual outcome. Yet I must say, Jammy’s version looks quite delectable, and I look forward to crafting it for myself.
