Conner the Waffle Takes a Close Look at Some Not-So-Great Zelda Games in This Retrospective

Not one game series can boast a perfect track record; every game has at least one thing that it could have done better. Maybe a game was given a different style or maybe the characters were fiddled around with too much. All of this can be said when comes to the Zelda series too. Some of Zelda series’ worst are definitely lie in the more “memorably bad” category. That’s what one avid fan is looking at in this retrospective.
Conner the Waffle has decided to take it upon himself to check out not only some of the more well-known bad Zelda games in the series, but also ones that flew under the radar. This list includes the Zelda Game & Watch, The Legend of Zelda Game Watch, Link: The Faces of Evil, Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon, Link’s Crossbow Training, and the Barcode Battler II.
Yeah, apparently there was a Zelda-style RPG electronic card game in which players would battle using trading cards. The stats would show up on screen and you would consistently swipe cards until someone would win the game. Aside from the Game Watch, the Barcode Battler is the only other Zelda game I have honestly never heard of. Be sure to watch the video above to see if you’re stumped by any of the titles mentioned.
What do you think of this video? What would you consider is the worst Zelda game of all-time? Let us know in the comments below!
