Last year, Club Nintendo started offering the Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary poster set for 400 coins as part of their rewards program. Unfortunately, they have now become unavailable, at least for the near future. However, fans that ordered them right away received a surprise in their email yesterday. It turns out that Nintendo noticed a minor flaw on the Skyward Sword poster that was shipped out, and now they want to replace it. Any Club Nintendo member who order the posters should expect to receive a new, flawless one sometime in February. Make the jump to see a picture of where the flaw is and the email that was sent out.

“Dear Club Nintendo Member,

As you may have noticed, 1 of the posters in the Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary Poster Set that we sent to you contained a minor flaw. On The Legend of Zelda™: Skyward Sword poster, there is a design flaw on the outline of the loft wing, to the right of the sword.

We apologize for the mistake and will be shipping a replacement poster to you the first week of February. You can expect to receive a confirmation email when the package is shipped.

Again, we apologize for this error and we hope that you enjoy your new poster.

Thanks again for your membership and loyalty.

Sincerely,

Club Nintendo”

Did any of you notice the flaw before getting the email? Do you think it’s a big enough flaw to justify sending out replacements? Will you be one of the fans getting the new poster? Tell us in the comments.
