The act of building one’s own computer has seen a resurgence among PC gamers who seek a very particular performance from their machines. Unlike back in the day, building a PC now isn’t all circuitry and fans, custom PCs have style. Founder of OdderTech, Joshua Wilkinson builds customized PCs and was recently commissioned to make an impressive and flashy Zelda-inspired one.

The PC features a detailed representation of the Deku Tree from Ocarina of Time on one side, and a treasure trove of Zelda paraphernalia on the other: Navi, a hookshot, four Master Swords, a Hylian crest, the Hylian Shield, an ocarina, a rupee, and a banner with pixelated Link, octoroks, rupees, hearts, the sword, and a key from the original Legend of Zelda. It also features green and gold lighting inside which give it a lovely, on-theme glow.

Some commenters think the display is a bit cluttered, but Wilkinson notes that he has made more minimalist builds in the past and that he would likely try that approach on a future Zelda-themed one. He has also made Final Fantasy VII, Attack on Titan, Kirby, Pokemon, Futurama, Pikmin, Fallout, Arizona iced tea, and Alamo Drafthouse themed builds, among others. He also makes custom keyboards and can be contacted through the OdderTech website

What do you think of this custom PC? What would you like to see in a future Zelda-themed build from Wilkinson? Let us know in the comments!
