Caption Contest 196: Relationship Goals

It’s still Monday on the west coast, which means I still have time to post this week’s Zelda Dungeon Caption Contest. So, I’m still working through my backlog of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate screenshots. And while I’ve mainly focused on the different Zelda fighters from the game, this week I’m throwing in a Zelda character that can spotted in the background of the Gerudo Valley stage. That’s right, the fiery Gerudo witch Koume is entering the spotlight in this week’s contest, and she seems to have her eye on a certain street fighter.

Last Week’s Contest:

Dr. Mario made an emergency diagnosis last week.

Here our non-photo caption winners:

  • IceRod: “Take one fairy and call me in the morning.”
  • HylianHero33: “Do not take Fairy™️ if you are allergic to any of its ingredients. Serious (sometimes fatal) events have been reported. Tell your doctor if you experience new or worsening heart failure, or have lung, kidney, or nervous system problems. Do not take Fairy™️ if you are pregnant or planning on becoming pregnant.
Link: “After taking Fairy™️, I feel 100% better!”
Ask your doctor if Fairy™️ is right for you.
*The 1/10 doctor that recommends something besides the leading prescription*
  • Christian Beach: “Dr. Mario, I don’t feel so good.”
  • Dylan: “Doctor Mario, with an emergency prescription of Fairy! take it, mai boi!”
Link: “thank Dr. Mario! I feel like I can have a bowl of Octorok’s!”
  • Art1st4786: Fairies: the other cure for hangovers.

This Week’s Contest:

What would Ken and Koume’s ‘ship name be? Kenrova?

Here are the guidelines:

  • Please refrain from using offensive material (racial, sexual, overuse of offensive language, etc.) We want to make the contest fun and accessible for fans of all ages. When in doubt, keep it Nintendo.
  • If you don’t have the ability to edit the image, just leave it as a comment. We make sure to have a separate list of winners for this category.
  • Photo editing and manipulation (i.e. Photoshop) is allowed, but these entries will be part of a separate list of winners for this category.
  • Everyone is entitled to their own opinion at Zelda Dungeon. In fact, we encourage discussion based on those opinions. However, please do not insult other fans’ work. What may be funny to one person may not hold true for another…and that’s OK.
  • Have fun and be creative!

Don’t forget to check back throughout the week and upvote your favorites, and, who knows?  Maybe you will be one of next week’s winners!
