A Television News Segment Borrowed Zelda Music to Use for their Video

Our friends in San Diego, California who turned into the KUSI News Channel recently might have heard a familiar song playing during a news segment. The news segment Dave’s World of Wonder gave a comprehensive look into the the spacecraft Juno’s recent trip to Jupiter. The segment features details and observations that are not only educational, but set to the song “Midna’s Lament” from Twilight Princess.
The atmospheric tone “Midna’s Lament” provides certainly gives the segment a certain mood, it’s obvious what the station was trying to do by using the song. I just wonder what kind of copyright trouble, if any, they might run into by using it. Take a look at the segment above — the song starts around the 40 second mark.
