A Link to the Past’s Ending Theme Remixed into Bumpin’ Electronic Jam

Listening to music from the Zelda series is a way that many fans of the series show their love for it. Thankfully, there are so many different versions of each song, the music can rarely get old even if it’s the same “song” over and over again. One of the best feelings in the world, though, is hearing that music as the credits roll and as you’ve just overcome the game’s final boss.
Fans of A Link to the Past have had their staff roll music since 1991, and the folks over at OverClocked ReMix recently put out an amazing cover of it that takes it to another place entirely. ReMixer bLiNd took the original “Ending (Staff Roll)” tune and elecro-popped it up. Filled with a steady driving beat and synthesizers upon synthesizers, this remix is one that will get you moving. I wouldn’t go so far as to call it a dance-style remix, but it certainly has the clubbing vibe to it.
Personally, it reminds me of the 80’s-90’s television depiction of clubs, where you’d see people in pastel-colored sports coats with shoulder pads groovin’. The song is upbeat while still being chill and maintaining that epic adventure sound. Is that even possible? Well, yeah. Totally!
What do you think of the song? Is it going on your Zelda themed playlist? Let us know in the comments below or over in our Discord!
