Adventurer Takes the Old Man to Meet His “Twin Brother” in Breath of the Wild

Okay, so the Old Man from Breath of the Wild‘s introduction doesn’t really have a twin brother, but one dedicated player certainly made it look like that.
While there is canonically only one Old Man in Breath of the Wild, there are actually three interactable models of him spread throughout the Great Plateau. Now, thanks to Breath of the Wild experimenter ThornyFox, these long-lost “brothers” have finally met! ThornyFox did this by repeatedly sprinting into the Old Man until he came to meet his other self. A daunting task, to be sure, but one that must be worth the results.
ThornyFox got the idea from another Breath of the Wild player, nesis, who performed a similar feat with Kass. It’s a shame there aren’t more characters like Kass and the Old Man to do this with in the game. One wishes it could be done with Prince Sidon, whom the player can first meet at two different locations.
What do you think of this adventure? Did you know that there were separate models for the Old Man spread throughout the Great Plateau? Do you want to try this for yourself now? Let us know in the comments below!

After what felt like an eternity of waiting for Tears of the Kingdom, John looks forward to the future of the Zelda franchise with enthusiasm, whether that’s the upcoming movie, a new spin-off/remake, or the next big game.
