Setting Nayru's Pearl |
- Blow the wind to the north and sail to Southern Triangle Island, avoiding the seahats along the way. Head up to the statue on the island and place Nayru's Pearl in its hands.
- Blow the wind northeast and sail to the next marked square, Eastern Triangle Island. |
| - Place Farore's Pearl in to the statues hands, leaving you with only Din's Pearl. Blow the wind northwest and sail so you end up one square east of the last section marked on the Sea Chart, Eastern Fairy Island. Blow up the rock blocking the entrance and head inside. Speak with the fairy and she'll upgrade your bomb carrying capacity once more, allowing you to carry up to 99 bombs, now that's a lot!
- Blow the wind west and sail to Northern Triangle Island. Place Din's Pearl into the hands of the statue and it will light up like the other ones did. |

| - Link will run away from the statue, when it glows, then climb back up to investigate. It will explode, sending him flying. The statue raises the pearl and sends out a red beam that destroys the statue holding Farore's Pearl. This one sends out a beam to Nayru's, then Nayru's sends one back to Din's. A triforce forms in the water, and a giant tower begins to rise out of the water. Link crashes into this tower and falls into the water. The King of Red Lions slowly sails to pick up Link. Head inside the Tower of the Gods.

| - Inside the Tower of the gods, head east by holding R on the controller to cruise. Go through the southeastern door and kill the Yellow ChuChu inside. Move a box to the southern wall and when the water rises, use some bombs to blow up the cracked wall.
- Open the chest in the southern part of the room for the map. Four more Yellow ChuChus will drop down, so defeat them and leave the room. Head to the northeast corner of the large room and lift one of the statues you see there. Place it on top of the switch and head through the door.

Placing the pillar |
|
- Defeat the Yellow ChuChu, then drop down into the pit. Lift a box and place it on top of the glowing switch to activate a bridge of light. This bridge will only be up while the water is down, so be careful. Climb back up the ladder and cross the bridge. Grab the pillar from the other side and return across the bridge and back through the door.
- Turn left and place the pillar in the small section missing in the decorated tile area. A gate will lower, allowing you access to a new area. |
| - Head down the hallway that the gate just lowered in and place the two statues on the glowint switches to activate them. Head through the doorway.
- This room can be really annoying, or really easy. Hop down into the pit and move the box that looks out of place in the line, into the line. Grab a boko stick from the pot and light it with the torch. Hop across the boxes and light the torches on the other side of the room. Open the chest for a small key, then exit the room, avoiding the Yellow ChuChus on the way back. |

The staircase of light |
|
- Head to the western side of the large room and use your bombs to blow up the cracked walls. Go to the southwest corner and head through the locked door. In here, defeat all of the Yellow ChuChus to make a staircase of light appear. Head up them and grab the pillar.
- Exit the room and head up the staircase to the left, placing to the right of the stairway at the top. The water will stop flowing from the center mouth, and instead flow from the two side ones, allowing you to go through it. Light a boko stick from the pot and run down the stairs, lighting the other two torches. Open the chest that appears for a Joy Pendant. |
| - Head through the door in the northwest corner and defeat the Red Bubble inside. Open the chest for the compass and leave, we'll be back here later.
- Return to the King of Red Lions and head down the tunnel in the middle mouth that opened up. Head through the door and kill the rats inside with your boomerang, don't step on the yellow floor.
- Once the rats are defeated, grab a statue and run across the room, avoiding the laser from the beamos while you go. Place it on one of the switches, then repeat the process for the other one. Once the second statue is on top of a switch, step on the third one yourself to activate the platforms at the north end of the room. |

Laser |
| - Red Beamos are statue-like creatures that remain stationary. The eye at the top of their main 'body' rotates around. If it sees you, it will try and attack you with its laser. You can defeat them with a bomb or an arrow, but they are only vulnerable when they're attacking you as well. |
|
- If you're not trying to get all of the Tingle Statues, stop at the door, if you are, keep riding the platforms to the top of the room and get on the platform you see. Once you get there, use a Tingle Bomb to reveal a chest containing the Goddess Tingle Statue. Once you've obtained it, drop back down and head through the doorway to get to the next room.

- Walk across the light platform and press R next to the column. The statue will come to life and start to follow you. Guide it along the path underneath the platform, and when you reach the end, pick it up. Jump across the gap and head through the door, still carrying the statue. |

- Step on the switch to make a bridge appear, then play the Command Melody to take control of the statue. Cross the bridge with the statue, then press R to return to controlling Link. Get back across using the Grappling Hook then pick up the statue and head through the door. |

- Head back through the eastern door instead and defeat the Yellow ChuChu and Wizzrobe you find there. Hop on the platform and shoot the eye to the south with an arrow as it goes by.

Floating to the statue |
|
- Climb up the ladder to the left and throw two armos statues on one of the scales. Use the higher scale to jump across and go through the door to the north.
- Climb onto the large stone in the center of the room and jump to the north, using the Deku Leaf to float over the lasers, then call the statue. Use the Command Melody to take control of the statue and step on the switch. Return control to Link and pick up the statue, heading back through the door. |
| - Kill the Wizzrobe and hop to a scale while holding the statue. You're too heavy to make it go up, so set the statue down. Climb up the ladder and throw the three armos statues onto the scale that your statue is not on. Jump back over to the scale with your statue and pick it up. Jump across to the southern door and go through it.
- The statue will take its place on the column and the three of them together will reveal a portal to the top of the tower. Don't step in it yet though, we're not quite done. |

- Backtrack to the room where we got the compass (through the northwest door in the chamber with all the water) and shoot an arrow at the eye you see. The gate underneath the eye will open, revealing a chest. Open it for Treasure Chart #6.
- Return to the room where all the statues are and the portal is waiting for us. Step into it and you will be carried up to another room. Grab the armos statues or some pots and place them on the switches to the south to deactivate the lasers. Step on the third switch and open the chest for the Big Key. Defeat the armos when they come to life to lift the bars over the door. Exit to the north and you'll be outside. |
- Head up the stairs, defeating everything you come across as you go. There will be a lot of red and blue beamos, as long as a couple Kargorocs. When you reach the top, break the pots for some fairies, bombs, and arrows before heading through the boss door. When you're all stocked up, unlock the door and head inside.

"You have done well..." |
- Head to the center of the room and a strange voice will tell you that you've done well, but you have to accept one final challenge. The wall will glow and two hands will come out, followed by a head. This is Gohdan, the guardian of the Tower of the Gods. |

Fire ball |
- Gohdan is the ancient guardian of the Tower of the Gods. He has been waiting for the legendary hero to return so that he can test his courage.
- When the battle begins, Gohdan will have his eyes closed, but the eyes on his hands will be open. Shoot them with two arrows each and the eyes on his head will open. Shoot these as well, but watch out for his fire ball attack while you do it. If he closes his eyes and opens his mouth, run away. When you shoot both his eyes, he will fall down with his mouth open. Throw a bomb into his open mouth and it will explode.
- Once this happens, you basically repeat the same process to defeat him. He will get a little faster each time though, and will try more and more to push you off the edge into the electric floor. The floor will do damage for each second you're on it, so if you fall, hurry and get back up. If you run out of arrows, he will sneeze some out for you to use. It's not exactly sanitary, but still better than being crushed by a giant pair of stone hands right?
- After three bombs, he will open the path and tell you to proceed with caution. A beam of light will shoot down and Gohdan will return to the wall, sneezing out a Piece of Heart. Grab it and head up the portal.

Shooting the head's eye |

|
Summary:
- Use your arrows to attack the eyes in Gohdan's hands. When they are both taken out, aim for the eyes on his head. When you hit those, he will drop to the floor and open his mouth. Place a bomb in there and watch him explode. Repeat until he is defeated, but he will get slightly faster after each bomb. |
|
| - With Gohdan defeated, grab the heart container and step into the portal of light to be lifted to the top of the Tower of the Gods. Climb the ladder in front of you and use the grappling hook to ring the bell above you.
- A portal will be opened out in front of the Tower of the Gods, and the King of Red Lions will take you into it. Link will hold his breath, since he is underwater, but when he can't hold it anymore, he lets it out and discovers he can breath. |

The bell ringing |

A portal in the water |
|
| - Link is dropped into a world of black and white, with a large stone castle in the middle. The King of Red Lions asks if you're wondering where you are, but tells you that there isn't enough time for him to explain right now. He tells you to find the item in the castle, and all will be made clear for you. |
