Skyward Sword HD has only been available for a handful of days, but it’s already soaring to the top of sale’s charts! The remastered title has taken the number one spot in the UK chart for physical box sales, for the week ending July 17th, according to new data from marketing research group GfK. Skyward Sword HD sits at number one this week, with games like Mario Kart 8: Deluxe and Animal Crossing following behind.

Skyward Sword HD is the fourth Zelda game to make number one on the physical release sales charts in the UK. Other Zelda titles that hold this honor are Link’s Awakening (2019), The Wind Waker (2002), and Ocarina of Time (1998). Its position on the charts should come as no surprise, as the game is already popular among fans of the original and many new fans who never got to play the 2011 release are picking it up for the first time.
