The Game Theorists Tackle Breath of the Wild’s Timeline Placement

One of the biggest question sparked by The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has to be, “Where does this game take place in the Zelda timeline?” With 6 months since the game release, The Game Theorists decided to tackle that question and argued that Breath of the Wild takes place in the Downfall Timeline.

Though well-argued, I must admit that I feel that this theory actually leaves out quite a few strong bits of evidence that could argue against the Downfall Timeline. But of course I can always cover that evidence in a future editorial. With so many perspectives, it is always interesting to see all the different pieces of evidence laid out.
