December 6th, 2018 marks the fifth edition of The Game Awards, and it looks as though this one set to be the most innovative show yet.

The host of the awards show, Geoff Keighley, revealed in a Twitter promo video that plans were set to bring back the live orchestra as seen on previous shows, as well as expanding to other viewing platforms and even allowing viewers to watch the show in different languages.

Another exciting feature of the show will allow gamers to actually vote for their favorite title alongside the judges, meaning that this year’s show will be as interactive as ever. Some of the digital platforms accessible for voting will include Discord, Facebook, and Twitter.

If all that wasn’t enough, the host also divulged that more than ten new games will be announced during the awards show, with updates on existing titles as well.
