I still remember taking my first steps into the beautiful Kokiri Forest in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time for Nintendo 64. All these years later, the music from that little town brings a smile to my face.

By now, you’ve surely heard at least one Zelda cover by Smooth McGroove, the bearded saint with the voice of a thousand angels who sings a cappella arrangements of video game music. One year ago he began his YouTube career with an Ocarina of Time cover, and this week, he’s decided to celebrate his YouTube anniversary and sing the song of the forest children for the very same game.
