Q&A With Eiji Aonuma Leads To Another Hint About Majora’s Mask
Posted on October 20 2013 by Legacy Staff
The Legend of Zelda series
has been in much discussion as of late, with the recent release of
The Wind Waker HD and the upcoming A Link Between Worlds. Recently, there have
also been constant rumors circulating around the Wii U
Zelda title. Now, new rumors have begun to emerge concerning a possible
remake of
The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s
Mask.
The most recent rumor comes from
Zelda producer himself, Eiji Aonuma. Aonuma recently held a Q&A
session on the official UK
Zelda
Facebook page and dropped an interesting bit concerning a connection between Majora’s Mask and A Link Between Worlds.
At the end of the Q&A session, the following was said:
“Oh, one more thing. I see many of you have been asking
about a remake of
Majora’s Mask for
Nintendo 3DS. It’s nice to see such a strong response to this title and we
haven’t forgotten about Link’s adventures in that world. If you play
A Link Between Worlds, you may better
understand what I mean by that.” —
Eiji Aonuma
Aonuma made a similar statement in responding to a fan
during a
Zelda panel held at New York
Comic Con last weekend. Whether this pertains to a remake of
Majora’s Mask remains to be seen, but fans
have been awaiting news of a remake ever since
Ocarina of Time was released for the Nintendo 3DS.
So what do you guys think of what Aonuma has been saying
regarding
Majora’s Mask? Would you
like to see a remake of the game? Let us know in the comments!
