Greetings, dudes and dudettes. I hope you’re ready for yet another entry in Zelda Informer’s weekly Photoshop Contest. We’re less than a month away from Breath of the Wild‘s release, and I’m sure we’re all hankering to get our hands on that sweet, sweet Zelda game. With all the trailers and media coverage we’ve seen over the past few months, we’re starting to get an idea of the places BotW‘s story will take us. But there’s still so much we can speculate on. The contest seemed like the best way to field such predictions, so let’s get it started.

Last Week’s Contest: The Legend of Zelda Odyssey

Inspired by the newly announced Super Mario Odyssey, last week’s contest took our favorite Zelda characters to the streets.

Challenge Mode

Our favorite plumber will be using a specialized spacecraft to travel from world to world in Super Mario Odyssey, so last week’s Challenge Mode asked contestants to include some kind of intergalactic transportation in their creations. While several of last week’s entries included Star Fox spaceships to meet this requirement, artist MaryKatherine Feehan took her entry to the next level. Not only do we see Link running alongside a trolley in Dubai and Princess Zelda dropping from an Arwing, but this entry also includes many other Zelda characters popping up in this real-world cities. Deku Scrubs occupying potted plants, a Goron bursting forth from the concrete, and Tingle prancing across a crosswalk of rupees are all reasons why this is our Challenge Mode winner. Great job!

This Week’s Contest: Breath of the Wild Story Predictions

From the various trailers, interviews, and gameplay demos we’ve seen, we’re aware of some of Breath of the Wild‘s most basic story details. But while we may know a bit of the world’s lore and know that plenty of drama will befall our hero, there is still so much left to guess about.

This week’s contest is to predict story moments from Breath of the Wild. You can obviously depict the places, people, or events that Link will encounter of the course of his adventure. But you can even make predictions for the game’s backstory or side-quests. Heck, feel free to even ‘shop silly or outlandish predictions if you want as well. There are some images in our gallery below, but you can use what ever you want on the internet as well.

General Rules: Submit your entries in the comments section below.
