Nintendo Is Holding a Closed Media Event for Smash at PAX Prime

Nintendo will be holding a closed media event this weekend at PAX Prime for Super Smash Bros. for 3DS. No details have been shared on what will be shown, but the final build of the game has been theorized to be there. Given that the event is closed to the public, it’s very possible that a special announcement will be made.

Smash events will be taking place at PAX, including a Super Smash Bros. Brawl tournament and a panel with The Smash Brothers Community. If you have a chance to attend any of the events, I highly recommend it. I personally think that this closed media event will hold the last of the reveals before the game releases in Japan in two weeks. Leaks will more than likely make it to the internet before the game has a chance to hit shelves, but it feels good knowing that the game is close enough to call this a (potentially) final reveal for the 3DS version of the game.
