UPDATE: as of February 20, Nintendo Force announced on their Kickstarter page that their stretch goal has been achieved three days ahead of schedule.

To say we really enjoy Nintendo Force magazine is a bit of an understatement. For those unaware, Nintendo Force started up from the ashes of Nintendo Power by journalists from across the gaming sphere, ranging from folks at IGN all the way down to small bloggers and comic artists. While Brawl in the Family has come to a close, the creator of that webcomic series still creates comics exclusively for Nintendo Force Magazine, making it now the only place you can enjoy the adventures of those Nintendo characters from his original series. The magazine not only mimics a lot of what Nintendo Power did, I would argue that it does it better in many regards.

They just added a new stretch goal that is of particular interest to us as Zelda fans – a double-sided fold out poster for Majora’s Mask 3D! If I wasn’t already sold on the magazine just for being what it is, this would have gotten me to subscribe right now. You can test the waters for just $10 or spend $15 for the full digital subscription. If you want all those poster fold out goodies, it’s good to pledge $27 for the full print version. They are a bimonthly magazine, so that’s 6 issues. I hope they actually become successful enough one day to have an issue a month… but I’m just dreaming. I can’t get enough of these guys and gals.

If your interested in subbing, be sure to check out their Kickstarter right here. You can see a preview of the designs used for the poster in the gallery below. Additionally, if you want to learn more about the magazine, the folks behind it, and what the future holds for Nintendo Force, check out this interview with its editor-in-chief, Lucas M.
