New Throwback Sales Include The Legend of Zelda and Zelda: A Link Between Worlds

Social media today will be riddled with “Throwback Thursdays” as people post memories for the world to see and look back on. But nobody does “Throwback Thursday” like Nintendo. That was all just a terrible joke leading into some exciting sales from Nintendo’s Throwback Sale promotion. From now until 11:59 AM ET on January 29th, a small handful of games are getting the on sale treatment including a couple of games from the Legend of Zelda series. The list is as follows:

Wii U

• NES Remix 2 – $10.49 (was $14.99)
• Punch-Out!! – $9.99 (was $19.99)

3DS

• Kid Icarus: Uprising – $24.49 (was $34.99)
• Kid Icarus: Of Myths and Monsters – $1.99 (was $3.99)
• The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds – $29.99 (was $39.99)
• The Legend of Zelda – $3.49 (was $4.99)
