New Slick Zelda Themed Faceplate Announced in Japan for the New Nintendo 3DS

Nintendo of Japan just announced a brand new faceplate for the New Nintendo 3DS with a nice black Triforce styled theme. While not wholly relevant to our home base, as Nintendo of America has decided to not release the New Nintendo 3DS here, our European and Australian fans can certainly import this amazing faceplate for their own devices. Oddly enough it is officially numbered as faceplate #55, despite being revealed after the Majora’s Mask themed one which is marked as #56. As indicated by the Japanese written under each, it appears the Majora’s Mask plate, #56, will be released February 14, and the black and gold plate, #55, will be released on April 2.
