More Hyrule Warriors: Legends Details From Famitsu Scans

Yesterday, GameXplain analyzed Famitsu scans of Hyrule Warriors: Legends. Many details were revealed, but there are a few more translated details that Nintendo Everything has uncovered. For convenience, previously discovered details have been included as well:

• Toon Link has a sword-based quick attack style, he can jump high, and use the Deku Leaf to attack
• The Helmaroc King’s attacks will be wind-based, and will be stronger than regular enemies
• The Wind Waker will have its own chapter in Legend Mode; however, Toon Link will not be playable then; he will be available in other modes, such as Free Mode
• New levels include Windfall Island, Dragon Roost Island, and the Forsaken Fortress
• Characters from The Wind Waker playable in Hyrule Warriors: Legends will all be transferable to the Wii U, even Toon Link
• Levels from The Wind Waker playable in Hyrule Warriors: Legends will also be transferable to the Wii U
• There are plans for new unannounced characters to appear continuously as DLC
• A gold Ocarina item will call a tornado to transport the player to Owl Statues found in the level
