By now, most of you have seen the Game Awards footage of Zelda U – but have you seen the Japanese version? Even if you’re like me and don’t speak Japanese, this is still footage worth checking out. The audio is clearer because of the absence of the English dub, allowing us to make out extra audio details.

Link‘s voice is one of the most notable ones, easily heard when spurring Epona, whose hooves clip and clop their way across the ground while she’s in motion. The combat sections reveals even more, as arrows make a metallic noise when striking enemies, and an exciting musical piece plays during Link’s slow-motion vault maneuver.
