Hyrule Warriors Character Trailer: Ghirahim

Mmhmm. Is not the sound of bloodshed so fascinating? Is it not wonderful to hear the sounds of your foe wailing in agony, barely gripping onto the last sliver of life they have? You hold such a delicate balance in your hands, and you are simply restless with possibilities of what’s next. How fabulous to share such a moment with the great Lord Ghirahim?

You have to really love how all of Ghirahim’s moves are inspired by every motion he made in Skyward Sword. There is not a single strut of his that did not come out of that game. It’s almost as if they pasted his model and animations into this game. However, one new attack involves Ghirahim creating a large barrier around his foes to slice them with a falling sword.

When Ghirahim gets powered up, he will transform into his human blade form and go berserk on all his opponents before turning back to normal. The one disappointing thing about this form is that Ghirahim still has the tiny sword he wields in his normal form, as opposed to the giant blade from his final battle. One must wonder if that giant sword will be another weapon set up for Ghirahim.
