Someone was kind enough to draw up direct comparison video from the original Majora’s Mask so we can see just how much it has changed in the 3D version. It’s even in video form to give you an idea of everything in motion. It’s actually really interesting as some areas seem to me to be hardly any different, while other aspects seem to be completely overhauled visually. This could be part of the refinement Iwata talked about, where certain aspects of the game were left as if to maintain the feel of the original, instead of brightening the whole game up like what seemed to happen in Ocarina of Time 3D.
