1260860_10151873358299564_914810118_nHello everyone, my name is Tony and I occasionally help out with various projects around the Dungeon Gaming Network and I’m one of the founding members of the Forward Compatible Podcast. It’s ok if you don’t know me yet, that’s really not what is important here. I am here to tell all of you about an exciting new video mini-series that I am going to be working on, featuring the webmaster of Zelda Dungeon. The working title is “Getting to know Mases“.

Basically it is a chance for all of you in the community to have Mases answer any questions that you have for him live in video responses. The videos are probably going to run from 5-10 minutes a piece, and every episode we will tackle an individual question that has been sent in from all of you. The subject of the questions is completely up to all of you and doesn’t need to be in the realm of video games at all. This is your chance to hear anything from Mases’ first crush to his favorite soft drink and why, or how he prepares the “perfect hamburger” and anything in between.

I want Mases to walk into the questions completely blind so that there will be no way for him to prepare in advance. I want off the top of his head, real reactions to the questions. In order to make sure he can’t see the questions in advance, send them in to forwardcompatiblepodcast@gmail.com with the Subject heading “Getting to know Mases”.

Now there will probably be more questions sent in than we would possibly be able to answer in season one, so to give your questions the best chance of being used live on the air, here are a few suggestions. 1) Make it a topic that can be discussed for a while. A simple yes or no question wouldn’t make for a very interesting topic now would it? 2) Keep it clean. I can’t stress this enough. If it is in anyway a sensitive or offensive question, it will be quickly overlooked. 3) Make it stand out. I will probably be sorting through quite a few of these to find the cream of the crop so make it memorable.

Thanks for your time and keep in mind these won’t be rolling out for awhile. Between filtering the questions, organizing, filming, editing etc, it will take some time to get rolling, but once they start, you can all expect new episodes pretty regularly.

Thanks again. -Tony Cupello
