Ganondorf and Other New amiibo Arriving in September

Are you ready for the next big wave of amiibo? I know I am, as we’re getting another Zelda figure from Super Smash Bros. with Ganondorf. Ganondorf, Zero Suit Samus, Olimar, Bowser Jr., Dr, Mario, and 30th Anniversary Mario will be available on September 11th. That’s not the only amiibo releasing in September, however. Just a couple weeks later you can nab the retro 3-pack of R.O.B., Game and Watch, and Duck Hunt on the 25th. According to Nintendo’s press release, availability to pre-order is being left up to the various retailers, much like prior waves of amiibo.

The 3 pack does look like it’s destined to be a GameStop exclusive, but that’s just a guess. The Mii Fighters amiibo were previously announced for September as well, but their launch date has been moved to November. We’ll keep you updated on where Ganondorf will be available when preorders are announced.
