GameSpot’s Zelda Documentary

It is no secret that the Zelda franchise has a full and rich history that is continually growing year after year. GameSpot has made a video paying homage to Zelda, recounting the series’s journey throughout the last 25 years. While infamous for the relatively low score it gave Skyward Sword, not everyone at GameSpot feels that way about Zelda. In the most recent episode of their Escape From Mount Stupid web series, the Zelda franchise got the spotlight. This brief documentary describes the history of the Zelda series while at the same time making a few jokes at its expense.

Sure, he took stabs at the series that we are all used to by now, but he presented a great overview of the game’s history, as well as interesting facts that I never knew before. Watching videos like this is what makes me proud to be a Hylian (or Terminan, Skyloftian, etc.).
