Dragon Roost Island 8-bit Remix

Some of you may already have heard of Dos, the artist who remixes various tunes to an 8-bit beat from atop a mountain near Portland, Oregon. His latest creation is the Dragon Roost Island, the classic audio accompaniment to the volcanic island from The Wind Waker.

But without further ado, hit the jump to hear Dos’ 8-bit rendition of the decade-old theme!

Though it’s not terribly long, the remix does stay pretty loyal to the tune it derives from. In fact, I can nearly imagine an 8-bit remaining of The Wind Waker. Nearly.
