Did You Know Gaming Features Zelda Music

Are you a fan of trivia and random history? Do you love the music in The Legend of Zelda series? Then we’ve got a video that’s perfect for you! The video discusses facts, history, and trivia ranging from how the music was created to the music-themed characters, including Malon from Ocarina of Time and Pamela from Majora’s Mask. All in all, this video was very interesting to watch and is packed with random knowledge.

The music from The Legend of Zelda franchise is my favorite video game music of all time and definitely ranks near the top of my favorite music in general, so this video was incredibly interesting. I loved hearing about the implementation of the ocarina in Ocarina of Time. Also, I never knew that the Skyward Sword soundtrack was fully orchestrated, which is really awesome. It absolutely blows my mind that Koji Kondo was able to write the main theme for The Legend of Zelda in just one day; I mean, we know he is a musical genius, but you have to be a musical god to pull that off. Also, he came up with all twenty ocarina songs from only five notes, and each of them has their own theme and feel. That’s absolutely incredible.
