Diablo III to Release on Nintendo Switch, Will Include a Ganondorf Armor Set

Update: Nintendo has unveiled the official announcement of Diablo III Eternal Collection. This post has been updated to include the official announcement.
Blizzard hasn’t had a game on a Nintendo console in many years, but that is looking to change. Diablo III will be coming to the Nintendo Switch sometime in 2018. The original postings have been removed, but according to screenshots snagged from the now-deleted Forbes post, it will be titled the Eternal Collection and will include all the content previously seen for Diablo III. There will also be exclusive Nintendo-themed collectibles, such as cosmetic wings known as Echoes of the Mask, a new picture frame, and Ganondorf cosmetic armor.
This is quite the good announcement, and the armor for Ganondorf looks incredible. I haven’t touched Diablo III in years, but this just might get me to dive back in. Blizzard has made the right choice on all angles as far as I’m concerned.
