The Master Trials DLC from Breath of the Wild gave us the Trial of the Sword, a limited resources gauntlet run, consisting of mixed challenges with varying levels of difficulty. The 51 floors are split into three stages, with no option to save partway through. Having just replayed this for the third time, I found myself wishing I could go back and just replay one specific floor again, with the caveat of having already completed that stage, and carrying the resources I had last time.

In this DLC, my nemesis was the infamous Floor 10 on the first stage, with the two Silver Lizalfos. It took me numerous attempts to pass that one, so it would be a good one to revisit. But the section I enjoyed the most was the final five floors of the third stage, against the different types of Guardians. In particular, that final floor, with the White-Maned Lynel, Guardian Turret and the Mounted Bokoblins. Having made it so far with a decent amount of resources, it was a fun floor to clear, and it would be great to be able to just do that one again without having to clear the previous 22 floors.

Do you have a particular floor (or section) from the Trial of the Sword that you’d like to replay again without the effort of all the other floors? Or do you think replaying them out of context, without the threat of having to restart the stage should you fail, would ruin the experience? Let us know in the comments below!
