Throughout history, jewelry has been worn to represent status, religion, or to display elements of a specific culture. The use of precious metals and stones in jewelry is very common and often these have qualities associated with them such as protection and good luck.

In the Zelda series, bracelets and rings have traditionally been collected as power-up items to help Link continue his quest. You can pick up heavy rocks using the Power Bracelet for example, or use the Gold Joy Ring to double your spoils of rupees and hearts.  In Breath of the Wild, players have been introduced to a whole host of different jewelry options, each with their own unique properties. Wearing Topaz Earrings will increase your shock resistance or a Sapphire Circlet will give greater protection against the heat.

Personally, I like to wear subtle jewelry that allows me to express my love of The Legend of Zelda without being too garish. But if you had the choice, what piece of Zelda jewelry would you love to wear?

For your inspiration, our featured image displays a Zora’s Sapphire-inspired engagement ring and it’s pretty impressive. But perhaps you’d prefer a charm bracelet with different items from Zelda such as the Master Sword, Kokiri’s Emerald and a mini King of Red Lions boat, which might look quite cute.

So, what Zelda-inspired jewelry would you love to wear? Are you already satisfied with Triforce cuff links and tie clips on the market? Would you wear a simple pair of blue hoop earrings as a nod to Link? Whatever your thoughts, remember to comment below!
