Daily Debate: Should Impa Be a DLC Character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate?

With the recent inclusion of Persona 5‘s Joker in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, the possibilities for new, unexpected characters are endless. While I look forward to seeing more surprising characters like Joker join the fighting roster, I also think it would be a good opportunity to include some never before seen representatives of series juggernauts like Mario and Zelda. In particular, my mind goes to Hyrule Warriors iteration of Impa.
Based on her appearance in Skyward Sword, Impa acts as the Hylian Army general while also protecting Zelda, and players can pick between her giant blade or naginata fighting style. For Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, a game that is already so saturated with sword users, Impa fighting with her naginata would be a unique weapon of choice and help her stand out. While Impa doesn’t do a lot of fighting in Skyward Sword, she can summon magical barriers and explosives, which could be incorporated into her Smash character on a much smaller scale. Plus, having another fast, ninja-esque character like Sheik, but having a completely different fighting style would be a blast. What do you think?
