Cosplayer Makes Life-Size Razor Sword Available For Purchase

A cosplayer by the name of Siegfried has made a life-size Razor Sword from Majora’s Mask available for sale. If any fan has ever wanted a replica of the blade, now they can have one.

The Razor Sword replica is a custom-order handmade item. It’s made of 1075 high carbon steel, and the base price is $500. For an extra $100, fans can request an engraving or a wall mount. The blade itself weighs five pounds. Fans wanting to purchase their own sword can order one by clicking here.

As most Zelda fans know, the Razor Sword is an optional upgrade for the Kokiri Sword that the Hero of Time obtained in Ocarina of Time. In Majora’s Mask, the Razor Sword does more damage than the Kokiri Sword, but the upgrade is imperfect. After 100 strikes, it returns to its original form. The Razor Sword can be upgraded once more to the Gilded Sword, which does not lose its sharpness. In this way, the Razor Sword is like the Giant’s Knife compared to the Biggoron Sword in Ocarina of Time.
