Analysis of Mario Kart 8 DLC Hyrule Castle

The folks from Hidden Triforce recently posted a video covering the new Hyrule Circuit track from the first DLC for Mario Kart 8. In the video they go over the new added features through two races. First they show a normal race involving Link in the Hyrule Castle track and next they take a much more in deph look at the background and all the little details that were added in.

Hyrule Castle Analysis | Mario Kart 8 Pack 1 DLC
This video takes an insightful look into the new Legend of Zelda themed elements within the first DLC pack of Mario Kart 8. Link is now available as a racer on a mechanical Epona inspired bike.

Mario Kart 8 also features a level called Hyrule Castle which is littered with Legend of Zelda themed elements such as Rupees, keese, deku babas, the Master Sword, the Triforce, and more.

The one thing about these special levels like this is how I always want to get a good look at them. But because it’s a racing game that pretty much makes it impossible unless I feel like really losing that match. This was pretty helpful in getting to know all the little details in what we may find.
