The Temple of Seasons Great Fairy is a character from Oracle of Seasons.
Overview
She appears in Oracle of Seasons only after Link has defeated Onox. In the main chamber of the Temple of Seasons, where Link first acquires the Rod of Seasons, there is a waterfall at the top of the screen. Walking through it takes Link to a secret chamber within the temple. Usually this room is completely empty and it remains that way until Onox is defeated.
Temple Secret

In Oracle of Ages, after completing the Wing Dungeon, head to the ruins of the Wing Dungeon in the present. Speak with the Great Fairy here and she asks Link for a favor.[1] The fairy here will give Link a secret and asks Link to tell it to the Temple of Seasons Great Fairy.[2]
After arriving at the Temple, she mentions how special the particular chamber is and asks Link if he has an errand.[3] Tell her the secret and in return, she will give Link a Magical Ring.[4] She will advice Link to visit Vasu to get the ring appraised.[5]
This ring will appraise as the Heart Ring L-1, a ring that can only be acquired via the Temple Secret. In order to get this ring back to Oracle of Ages, Link must speak with the Red Snake at Vasu Jewelers to transfer his rings over.
