The Subrosian Volcanoes Subrosian is a character in Oracle of Seasons. The Subrosian wears a golden robe and will only appear after Link has fought and defeated Onox.
Subrosian Secret

In Oracle of Ages, after Link has completed the Crown Dungeon, he'll by able to find the Rolling Ridge Subrosian within a cave in the present at the far east end of the map. The Subrosian here tell Link that his brother lives near the three peaks of the Subrosian Volcanoes in Subrosia. The Subrosian will give Link a secret and tells him to tell it to his brother.[1]
If Link enters Subrosia from the Subrosian Portal near the Woods of Winter, he can travel one screen westward to find a cave. The Subrosian can be found here and asks Link if he has something to say.[2] After telling him the secret and that his brother is doing well, the Subrosian thanks Link for the giving him the news. He then asks Link for a favor.[3] The Subrosian wants Link to cut the grass within the cave using only the Magical Boomerang. The key here is that he is only allowed to toss the boomerang three times.[4] Throw the Boomerang and angle it so it cuts the grass. If Link fails, just speak with the Subrosian again and he'll reset the room, giving Link another try.[5]
After successfully completing the task, the Subrosian will thank Link, rewarding him with a Bombchu.[6][7] The Subrosian will also give Link a password that he can take back to Oracle of Ages to get the Bombchus there.
