YouTuber AlbertReWesker has uploaded a new video of a familiar area from Ocarina of Time. This time, he gives new life to the entrance of the Fire Temple. As with his previous work, we can experience what Ocarina of Time would look like with realistic graphics and with more details. The video also is similar to his other uploads, in that it shows a darker and more sinister looking version of the temple. Also, it’s interesting to see how the music in the video gives it an even more ominous vibe…

Youtuber AlbertReWesker has uploaded a new video of a familiar area from Ocarina of Time. This time, he recreates the entrance to the Fire Temple. As his previous work, we can experience what Ocarina of Time would look like with realistic graphics and with more details. Even though we only see a small glimpse of Fire Temple, we can get a sense of how it would look like. The video also is similar to his other uploads, in that it shows a darker and more sinister looking version of the temple…

In a recent Games Done Quick an all dungeons Master Quest speedrun was completed. This was done in an impressive amount of time, with the end result being 1:40:25. The run was done by ZFG who did very well in his playthrough. This was an entertaining run to watch and in it I learnt lots of tricks that will help me cut back on my time if I choose to attempt a speedrun of it. Check out the video after…

Mini Boss encounters in the Zelda franchise are meant for two reasons: to indicate that you’re halfway through a dungeon, and to add to the enjoyment of the level. Youtubers Justin and Kev, who run the channel SuperRealProductions ranked the top 10 mini bosses based on fun factor, complexity, mechanics, and difficulty…

Classic tunes never die, do they? YouTube continues to give us great covers and remixes of our favorite Zelda tunes, like this very inventive electronic remix of Ocarina of Time‘s Gerudo Valley. YouTube musician JemyMusic has out together one awesome cover, and while it is her first Zelda cover, perhaps we will hear more from her soon. Check out the remix after the jump!

Ever since the Legend of Zelda series first started back in 1987 there has been a lot of fan speculation and theories about what certain aspects of the games represent or mean. As the plots and timeline get more convoluted, more and more theories are created. Even with the release of Hyrule Historia there are questions that remain unanswered. One of those questions is why the frozen Zora’s Domain in Ocarina of Time never thaws out despite Sheik and Ruto…

Hello everybody and welcome to the latest edition of Zelda Dungeon Talks! I don’t know how many of you have ever heard of the Legend Of Zelda cartoon, but if you have, it was more than likely due to a reference to a quote said by Link, “excuuuuuse me princess!”. It wasn’t really the greatest cartoon ever and we haven’t seen any form of Zelda outside the games since then. With the rumours of a Netflix Zelda series earlier on…

ReDeads are a Zelda fan’s childhood nightmare. Most times, when we’re forced to face these terrifying zombie-like creatures, it’s hack and slash and then get the hell out of there. But haven’t you ever wondered what exactly a ReDead is? Are they the corpses of unfortunate Hylians, or are they something more sinister, born of dark magic? YouTube user and Zelda theorist ZeldaConqueror is certain that he has the answer. Make the jump to check out his video and see…

We in North America and Europe have had Ocarina of Time available in our eShops sice July, but Japan has only just recieved it today. This is rather odd, as Japan often gets a shot at Nintendo titles first. Either way, a new Japanese trailer has been uploaded to Nintendo of Japan’s YouTube channel, with some memorable moments from the early parts of the game. Check it out after the jump!

Song of Storms Cover

December 14 2015 by Jarrod Hadrian

Carl Catron did an amazing cover of the Song of Storms, but it isn’t what you expect it to be. He played it on the saxophone, adding a jazzy sound to the classic song from Ocarina of Time. It is masterfully done and has shown his skills well. The Song of Storms is great and I will always remember the tune, especially the paradox involved in its learning.   Check out the song after the jump! Jarrod HadrianI have been…
