Fierce Deity’s Mask Makes it into Hyrule Warriors as a Badge

Majora’s Mask fans have been hoping for a few more references to show up in Hyrule Warriors beyond The Moon. At least one more reference appears to have made the cut, though it may not be exactly how you wish it to be. The Fierce Deity’s Mask is indeed in the game as a badge, at least according to a screenshot from the Japanese version of yesterday’s Hyrule Warriors Direct. This badge makes your special move gauge double.
Badges are used as a means to help level and skill up your character throughout the game. We actually have a full breakdown of what badges do
right here, and we’ll be going more in-depth on this at a later date. The question now is…are you excited they even included this reference? Could this leads to even more references like it throughout the rest of the game?
