The Legend of Zelda Halloween Theme Now Available for Purchase

If possible, try to quit playing Hyrule Warriors or Super Smash Bros. for a while and check out the Halloween 3DS Home Screen themes now that they have been released in North America and Europe! That’s right, if you didn’t like the original Link Between Worlds theme, another Zelda-related item is now available alongside Animal Crossing and Black-Cat designs!

We covered the Legend of Zelda theme already, but for those who are too lazy to click on the link, here’s a quick recap: it is based on the original Legend of Zelda, showing Keese and a Stalfos on the top screen and Link inside a graveyard on the bottom, the colours are the basic Halloween colours (orange, black and purple) and a remixed version of the original dungeon theme is playing in the background. All themes are available for purchase from the theme menu on your 3DS home screen. The game-related items will cost $1.99 while the simple Black-Cat theme will cost $0.99.

If you live in Europe it might also be a good idea to check your e-mail inbox, because Nintendo has been distributing free codes for the Black-Cat theme to select Club Nintendo members!
