Do you know how to say “copyright infringement” in Hindi? The folks behind an Indian TV series caught using Zelda music might be able to tell you. In at least one episode of the Hindi language soap opera Jeevan Saathi–Humsafar Zindagi Ke, the main theme of Nintendo’s popular adventure series crops up rather regularly. Could this be an affectionate allusion to the beloved Zelda series, or just the mischief of a cheap TV crew? Hit the jump for more!

Symphony of the Goddesses continues to spread its glory across North America. More tour dates were announced a little while ago. Starting September 3rd through December 14th, there is a fairly decent size list of cities that will get a visit by the symphony. Check out the list after the jump!

The folks over at G33k Life recently had the pleasure to speak with the coordinators behind the Symphony of the Goddesses concerts. Within in the interview, they discuss some of their favorite video game music, favorite Zelda games, a little bit about the inspiration behind their work, and a little bit about the much anticipated The Wind Waker HD. Symphony of the Goddesses is a live concert touring various locations to play incredible renditions of the music seen throughout the franchise. The concert was designed to allow fans to relive some of the most memorable moments they have experienced from their favorite titles within the series. Anyone who has played Ocarina of Time can probably hum the iconic theme for the Lost Woods off the top of their head. But how many people out their have seen it performed in a real life forest? Hope is not yet lost for Latin American Zelda fans! Thanks to interviewer and petition creator Feri Gonzalez, the widely anticipated announcement of a possible Symphony of the Goddesses tour in Latin America has risen with coordinators Jeron Moore and Eimear Noone’s welcoming consideration. Last Thursday, Mases and I attended the premiere of Season 2 of the Symphony of the Goddesses in Atlanta, GA. While there we met and mingled with a few fellow Zelda fans, saw some awesome cosplay, ran into Chuggaconroy while we were there, got some Street Passes on my Nintendo 3DS and, of course, enjoyed the symphony.
