Nintendo Unveils New Blue Switch Lite To Be Released Next Month

Nintendo has announced that they are adding to their already colorful lineup of Switch Lite consoles with a brand new blue color this May. Not to be confused with the already released turquoise color, this new console is a much darker shade of blue. This Switch Lite will be a new addition to Nintendo’s regular lineup, rather than a limited edition color, expanding the number of readily available colors for Switch Lite to five.
While the blue Switch Lite will be available in the UK on May 7th, fans in the US will have to wait for May 21st in order to get their hands on it, with the release coinciding with the launch of Miitopia, which was revealed during February’s Nintendo Direct. If you’ve been considering picking up a Switch Lite but weren’t really sold on any of the colors, maybe this one will suit your preferences instead!
